What makes a good submission?
Detailed submissions are the most helpful. If you only have partial data, that is okay.
Be specific about the role
Include your title, team, and level. A quant researcher at one firm might do very different work than that at another.
Break down total comp
Base pay, yearly bonus, and sign-on bonus are all important. If you know the exact breakdown, please share it.
Include the year
Salaries change over time. Pay from three years ago is not the same as today. Adding the year makes your data much more helpful.
