Optiver's 'Smart Guess' assessment, a memory based game in which you need to strategize in your limited guesses to identify a hidden pattern. You have 5 tries, can you put the pieces together?

How to play
  1. 1.A hidden figure has three properties: shape (square / circle / triangle / diamond), color (blue / red / yellow / green) and pattern (horizontal / vertical / grid / diagonal).
  2. 2.Pick one value for each property, then submit your guess.
  3. 3.The run ramps in difficulty as you solve puzzles. Cooked (puzzles 1–4) shows which specific property matched. Medium (5–8) shows only the count. Cracked (9+) also hides your previous guesses.
  4. 4.Each guess tells you how many of the three properties you got right (0, 1, 2, or 3) — and at Cooked, also which ones.
  5. 5.You have 5 guesses and 45 seconds per puzzle. Solve it before either runs out.
  6. 6.Solve as many puzzles as you can — one failed puzzle ends the run. Score is the number of puzzles you cleared.
  7. 7.Use the on-screen buttons or hotkeys (1/2/3/4 for shape, Q/W/E/R for color, A/S/D/F for pattern, Enter to submit).
  8. 8.First time playing? Your very first puzzle is an untimed tutorial — wrong guesses don't end the run, the timer is paused, and it doesn't count toward your score.
